Print in City

Print In City is a public print, scan and copy service. You can print from your computer or mobile device and securely retrieve your jobs from a public Print In City device in Leeds Libraries.

All libraries provide free access to computers and the internet. You can print to Print In City from these as a Registered User or as a Guest directly from the application or the internet. Just use file >print or click the print icon.

We recommend you create a Print in City account for the best experience. You can do this by downloading the app onto your device, scan the QR code on the printer or go to Print in City and use the sign-up option then follow the prompts to set up your account. Once you have an account, you can use it any time you need to print, and you can send items from your own devices at home or work to print at any public library in Leeds. You can top up your account and the money will be secure until used.

You can also use Print in City as a guest. Open the Print in City website and click "use as guest" then select "print." You will be given a job code, which you can use at the printer to pay with your smartphone or take to the library counter where you can pay in cash or with a card.
