Get ready, because something out of this world is coming to Otley Library!
Join us for a fun, hands‑on family science day at Otley Community Hub & Library as part of Otley Science Festival. Drop in any time between 10.30am and 3pm to explore a range of space‑themed activities. There will be interactive science stations, creative crafts for different ages, and opportunities to explore space in new and imaginative ways. You can even experience a tour of the International Space Station through VR.
We’ll also be hosting a ticketed poetry and space workshop with award‑winning poet Matt Abbott for those who want to dive deeper into creativity and the cosmos. This workshop runs from 10.30am–11.30am, is suitable for children aged 7+, and booking is essential.
Whether you’re a budding astronaut, a curious scientist, or simply looking for a family‑friendly day out, there’s plenty to discover. Drop in, explore, and let your imagination take off.
